Hi guys, my current roommate is moving out and I'm looking for a replacement. My name is Malgorzata (she/her) and when it comes to my hobbies I really like listening to operas and practicing yoga. I'm about to finish my 2nd year studying Economics at Erasmus University. I spend most of my time at home either studying, relaxing or hanging out with my boyfriend. I strongly value a calm and organized environment at home, especially when it comes to communal areas. As such, you are expected to participate in a strict weekly cleaning schedule and be mindful of keeping common utilities stocked (toilet paper, dish soap, cooking oil, etc).
The apartment is in a calm area, however there is a bar downstairs that can get louder on the weekends. Unfortunately the place is not disability friendly since it is located on the 5th floor without any elevator present in the building (approx. 70 sets of stairs to get up). We share a kitchen and bathroom, and you will have your own bedroom. The departing roommate is undecided if she will have any of her furniture on offer. The building is around 20 min from campus by bike and 15 min on foot to the nearest metro station. I will be leaving the Netherlands for a short time in the coming month, which could make it more difficult for apartment viewings to take place (please keep this in mind).
