Hi!
I’m Floris, 26, and currently in the final stretch of my studies. I’m looking for a new roommate to share the luxury apartment with.
The available room is around 16 m² and has a nice view over the Haringvliet. The apartment is shared between the two of us, including the kitchen, bathroom and all the other common spaces. One small practical detail: the lift is usually not working, so being okay with taking the stairs helps.
I’d ideally like to live with someone who is also somewhere towards the end of their studies, although that’s definitely not a strict requirement. It would also be nice if you can appreciate a good conversation or tell a good story over dinner or a cup of coffee.
In general, I’m looking for someone easy-going, independent and sociable: someone who enjoys having a chat or doing something together every now and then, while also being comfortable doing their own thing.
I’m very open to people from different studies, with different opinions, backgrounds and interests. I think living together is more interesting when you can learn from each other and bring different perspectives to the house.
