Beste kamerzoekende gasten,
Op het Weenapad komt een mooie kamer vrij in het penthouse op de 12e verdieping. Wij, David en Ash, hebben een mooi terras rondom het huis met heerlijk uitzicht over Rotterdam.
In dit huis doet iedereen veel aan sport, of dat nou hardlopen, de gym, of vechtsporten is. In de weekenden gaan we vaak naar een run-club en als we tijd hebben trainen we samen.
Ash zit in finance, en David onderneemt. We zijn allebei gedreven en veel bezig met het bouwen aan de volgende fase. Daar helpen we elkaar regelmatig bij en sparren we veel over.
We zoeken bij voorkeur iemand die wat verder in zijn studie zit, het liefst begin master en anders eind bachelor, en die de fase hard feesten wel een beetje voorbij is. Tegelijkertijd hebben we zelf ook genoeg gefeest, dus als je af en toe met je vrienden helemaal naar de klote wilt, begrijpen we dat ook prima.
We pakken onze eigen focus, maar onze deuren zijn vaak open. We komen vaak bij elkaar op de kamer, praten in de keuken of gaan samen de deur uit.
Als je een gezellige gast bent die van een goed gesprek houdt, netjes met het huis omgaat en zelf ook gedreven bent, stuur ons dan vooral een berichtje maat!

Hi guys looking for a room,
A great room is becoming available in our penthouse on the 12th floor at Weenapad. We’re David and Ash, and we have a large terrace wrapping around the apartment with amazing views over Rotterdam.
Everyone in the house is active and into sports, whether that’s running, going to the gym, or martial arts. On weekends, we often head to a run club together, and we’ll work out together when our schedules line up.
Ash is in finance and David in entrepreneurship. We’re both driven and spend a lot of time working on what we want to build next, often bouncing ideas off each other along the way.
We’re looking for a guy who’s a bit further along in his studies, ideally someone who has just started a master’s or is close to finishing his bachelor’s, and who’s past the full-on partying phase. Having said that, we partied a lot in our prime and can completely understand if you want to get hammered with your friends from time to time.
We like having our own focus, but when we’re home, our doors are usually open. We’ll often hang out in each other’s rooms, chat in the kitchen, or head out and do something together.
