Hi, my name is Teun, I'm 21 and I do a masters in Medicine and I'm in my final year of a bachelors in Philosophy at EUR. A room is opening up soon here at Achterharingvliet, so I'm looking for a new roommate. I'd describe myself as a very quiet and reserved roommate, who likes cooking, reading, and studying. I don't drink and don't like partying, and due to the requirements of my degree, I'm busy between 8 and 6 most days, so I prefer for my room to be a place I can go back to for rest and quiet. I value cleanliness a lot, especially of the shared spaces in the apartment.
Preferably, I'm looking for a roommate around my age, preferably also towards the end of their studies. However, anyone is welcome to apply, I love meeting new people in general! I'd also like you to be passionate about your interests, be they the same as mine or others, it's just fun to discuss and learn. Of course, I'd like to spend time as roommates, doing things like cooking together, playing board games, or just hanging out, but I think it's important you're also able to do your own thing as a roommate, because I'll also be doing mine a lot of the time.
The room is situated in a nice neighbourhood, close to Blaak, Oostplein, and some supermarkets. The university and the hospital are also both only about a 10 minute bike ride away. Sometimes, the sounds from the big roads close by can be heard quite well, but towards the later evening it usually lessens a bit. Unfortunately, the windows in the apartment don't get much sunlight, but this is compensated for the rooms not getting as warm in the heat.
