Hello potential roommate (F/V),
A room will become available in this two-person unit (just a 10 min walk from Erasmus). I'm looking preferably for girls who are around my age (18-25) and are able to keep the place clean. There's a tram station 5 minutes from here and also a pretty decent grocery store, where you can buy everything you need. If you were to move here, we would share the kitchen and bathrooms, but you have your own private bedroom with a very nice view of the surrounding fields, as well as your own fridge.
Here's a little bit about me: I'm Lia (22F), a Y4 WdKA animation student who is currently very busy with work and school. As this is my graduation year, I value my peace and quiet a lot more than before, but I hope that's understandable. I am unfortunately not very welcoming of pets, but I will make an exception if they are kept away from the common areas :)
The building is currently being renovated so there's a lot of noise, construction dust and water cutoffs. It's not ideal, but if you would like to live here please send me a nice message and introduce yourself. I'm looking forward to meeting you and surviving the summer heat together!
