Dear future housemate,

My name is Peter. I am 23 years old and from Romania. I speak Romanian, Hungarian, English, a little German, and some Dutch. I study at Erasmus School of Economics, where I am currently doing my master's in Financial Economics.

I am a sociable and talkative person, but I also really value personal space and a calm home. During the day, I am usually not at home, as I spend a lot of time studying at the library. I also play water polo, so if you enjoy swimming or water polo, I am always happy to join.

I am looking for a housemate who is clean, responsible, mature, and respectful. Since we will share the kitchen and bathroom, it is important to me that we both keep these spaces tidy and communicate openly. I enjoy a quiet and comfortable living environment. I am not really in my heavy party phase anymore, but I am definitely open to an occasional dinner, drink, or small get-together.

I think the best fit would be someone who is also in a similar stage of student life, but for me the most important things are respect, cleanliness, and a good match as housemates.
