I'm Korean, 20 years old, a third year medicine student at EUR/EMC, looking for a roommate :).
I like to keep the shared spaces tidy and organized! With my current roommate we're not following any special cleaning schedules, but clean up after ourselves and do our part in wiping surfaces and throwing out the trash when we have time. It would be convenient if you're not too sensitive to sound, as I sometimes like to play the (acoustic) guitar late at night and also bring friends over from time to time.
I like to stay in my room for most of the time, but a little chat here and there about our day (or hobbies) sounds nice :)
