Kralingse Kerklaan 390A

Hi! From January on I am looking for a new roommate. I am born and raised in The Netherlands and currently in my final year of my main bachelor, and in the first year of my second one. Next to this, I work three days a week. 
In my free time I love going for lunch, coffees, walks with friends and a good pilates session never fails to make my day. 
Because I am so busy, I am looking for a roommate who already has their own life in Rotterdam. Preferably end of bachelor/masters. Even though the rooms are spacious, the house itself is relatively small. Noises in the kitchen and the bathroom therefore are heard really well in the bedrooms. Because of this, late and loud gatherings with friends are unfortunately not possible. We also make sure to not make use of the bathroom or kitchen very late. There is however a rooftop from the building that you can make use of. 
The house is very close to the university, either a 5 min bike ride or 20 minutes walking, so the location is especially ideal if you are studying at EUR.
