Right in the heart of the city, we have three apartments to offer in Witte de Withstraat, which is a bustling street full of eateries, popular bars and shops. It’s an easy walk to cinemas, restaurants, cafés and museums. The metro, tram and train stations are also within walking distance.

Apartments in a prime location

We have three apartments measuring around 46m². Each of these has a separate living room and bedroom. Plus, of course, a completely private kitchen, bathroom and toilet. These homes are exclusively available to young working people who’ve been renting from us since they were students.

In the heart of the city centre

You’ll find it hard to get a place any more central than this one in the middle of Witte de Withstraat, with all its shops, eateries and well-known cafés such as De Witte Aap and NRC. New establishments are opening all the time. A five-minute walk will get you to even more entertainment options on Nieuwe Binnenweg and to Koopgoot, Lijnbaan and Oude Binnenweg for shopping. You’ll also be close to museums such as the Kunsthal, the Nieuwe Instituut and Showroom MAMA. In the summer there are festivals and events around the corner and even in your street. You’ll never be bored here!
