Four apartments

These apartments are an average size of 36m². All have their own private kitchen, bathroom and toilet. One also has a garden. They are exclusively for young working people who’ve been renting with us since they were students.

 

Living in Kralingen-Oost

Kralingen is known for its wide avenues with stately townhouses and villas. Waterloostraat is literally one street behind the impressive Avenue Concordia. A three-minute cycle ride will get you to Kralingse Plas, where you and your friends can relax together or go the festivals held in Kralingse Bos in the summer. There are numerous bars and eateries on sociable, studenty Oostzeedijk. You can do your shopping in Lusthofstraat, which has a village-like feel. If you want to head into the centre, it’s only a 15-minute bike ride away. Or you can take the metro from Voorschoterlaan, which is just a five-minute walk from your home.
