The back of the building looks out over Sint-Lambertuskerk, a listed building which is more than 140 years old. These apartments are reserved for young working people who’ve been renting with us since they were students.

In Kralingen-Oost you’ll be living among pre-war townhouses and villas built on wide avenues, such as the stately Avenue Concordia. Kralingse Plas is a great place to go for a run or just relax on the grass with your friends – or a good book. There are often festivals in Kralingse Bos. If you set out from home walking in the opposite direction, before you know it you’ll be at sociable Oostzeedijk. Shopping can be done in Lusthofstraat, where there is a real village-like feel. And if you want to head into the centre, you can cycle there in 15 minutes.
