Renting on Voorschoterlaan

A few minutes' walk from Kralingse Bos and just around the corner from the sociable terraces, bars and eateries of Oostzeedijk and Oudedijk, you won’t have a chance to get bored here! The centre is a 15-minute cycle ride away, or you can take the metro from Voorschoterlaan, which is right outside your door. Very handy!

We have 15 studios (average 27m²) and 3 apartments (average 50m²) to rent in this building. Both have all the facilities – kitchen, bathroom and toilet – completely private. Some accommodations have balconies. Those on the ground floor all have spacious gardens. These studios and apartments are reserved for young working people who’ve been renting with us since they were students.

Living in Kralingen

In Kralingen-Oost, you’ll be living among elegant houses on beautiful, tree-lined streets. Kralingse Plas is a wonderful place to go for a run or relax on the grass with a book. The neighbouring woods often hosts festivals in the summer. If you head in the opposite direction, before you know it you’ll be at Oostzeedijk, with all its bars and restaurants which are perfect for meeting up with friends. For shopping, you’ve got the pleasant Lusthofstraat. If you feel like heading into the centre, you can cycle there in 15 minutes. There’s a supermarket right opposite your house and the metro station is just as close.
