The studios available to students in Timmer are an average 20 m² in size. This renovated building contains a total of 64 studios. Timmer is located on the corner of Boomgaardhof 33 to 43 and Oude Binnenweg 106 to 118.

Right in the city centre

Oude Binnenweg is a historic street with beautiful facades in the middle of the city centre. It’s packed with shops and famous bars such as Sijf, Timmer and Melief Bender. On Nieuwe Binnenweg, which is a short distance further along, you can get pizza for reduced student price at Stalles or watch a band in Rotown. The bustling Witte de Withstraat is also nearby. You can walk there by cutting through Boomgaardhof. Everything you could want, including cinemas, festivals and museums, is here in the neighbourhood. And your home is really easy to reach by public transport, as trams and metro trains stop a three-minute walk away at Eendrachtsplein, while Rotterdam Centraal Station is just five minutes by bike. The university and college buildings are within cycling distance.
