’t Hoekje building

Located right on the corner between Struisenburgstraat and Struisenburgdwarsstraat, 't Hoekje is surrounded by other student residences and is a really great place to live while studying. The atmospheric Kralingen district is packed with bars, eateries and student associations. Plus you have the convenience of being able to get to Erasmus University and the various colleges in next to no time.

Rooms and studios for students

This student residence has 43 rooms (average 22m²) with which you share a kitchen, bathroom and toilet with one or more other people. There are also two studios (43m²) which offer completely private facilities. 't Hoekje has an active residents’ committee.

Student life in Kralingen

Kralingen is known for being the area for students in Rotterdam, who succeed in mixing well with the families and other residents who live here. Everyone encounters each other while running alongside the Kralingse Plas or relaxing on the terraces of Oudedijk. You can hang out in the bars on Oostzeedijk till the early hours or, in summer, take in a festival in Kralingse Bos. The centre is a 10-minute cycle ride away. Or you can take the tram, which stops around the corner on Oostzeedijk.
