In Snellinck II we have 56 studios measuring an average 30 m² to rent to students. These give you completely private facilities – a kitchen, bathroom and toilet all to yourself. There is a spacious communal roof terrace where you can enjoy the summer sun and get to know your fellow residents. Who knows what new friends you’ll make?! If you have a car, you can rent your own parking space in the garage near the building for a specially reduced rate. Snellinck II has a residents’ committee.

Living in Delfshaven

Around the corner from 's-Gravendijkwal and a stone's throw from Nieuwe Binnenweg, you’ll be in lively Delfshaven, while also being able to enjoy the Middelland district’s wide canals and beautiful avenues. Not far from your street you’ll come face-to-face with the Euromast, which means you’re actually very close to Het Park, where you can spend the summer laying on the grass or visiting festivals. It’s just five minutes’ walk to Erasmus Medical Centre, various Hogeschool Rotterdam locations and Dijkzigt metro station. By bike, you can easily get to Witte de Withstraat and Oude Binnenweg.
