If you rent one of these four apartments, you’ll be living just behind Bergsingel and only a couple of minutes’ walk from the cosy eateries and shops on Bergweg. You can relax on the Bergse Plas or cycle to the centre through Oude Noorden via Zwart Janstraat or Zwaanshals.

Four apartments

The four apartments are an average size of 38m² and have a living room, bedroom and separate kitchen. One also has a garden. These homes are exclusively for young working people who have been renting from us since they were students.

Living in Liskwartier

Liskwartier, in Rotterdam-Noord, is a wonderful neighbourhood to live in. On one hand, you can seek out the tranquillity of the Berge Plas, which is a 10-minute bike ride away. On the other, you can easily get to the centre to enjoy places like the rooftop park by the Hofbogen. In summer you can hop on your bike, together with a barbecue and a bottle of wine, and cycle to Vroesenpark in seven minutes. Groceries can be picked up from a wide choice of supermarkets and smaller shops on Eudokiaplein. And your home is easily accessible, being close to the motorway and five minutes by bike from Rotterdam Noord train station.
