It doesn’t take long to make new friends in a large residential building like Parkhaven, thanks to communal facilities such as the cosy courtyard and the recreation room, where fun resident activities are organised. In Delfshaven you’ll find the best bars, eateries and shops with products from all over the world. A really fantastic location for students!

Spacious student accommodations

The rooms in Parkhaven are an average size of 22m². Some rooms involve sharing a kitchen, bathroom and toilet with one or more fellow residents. With others, you’ll only be sharing a kitchen and have a bathroom and toilet all to yourself. The studios (average 37m²) and apartments (62m²) come with all facilities private. Parkhaven has 295 rooms, 72 studios and 7 apartments. You’ll be able to get together with other residents around a picnic table in the planted courtyard and in the communal recreation room. There’s an active residents’ committee. You can park your car for a specially reduced rate in our Puntegale building’s garage, which is just behind Parkhaven.

Living in Delfshaven

Here in Delfshaven you’ll be right next to the Euromast, which means you’ll also be living close to Het Park, where you can spend summer relaxing on the grass, maybe with a picnic or BBQ. This neighbourhood is also home to Coolhaven Island, the place to be for creative businesses, bars and restaurants. It’s a five-minute cycle ride to beautiful Historisch Delfshaven, where you can get a good local beer. And you can be in the city centre in ten minutes. Erasmus MC and various Hogeschool Rotterdam sites are within walking distance and you can easily take the ferry to the RDM Campus.
