Living on Oostzeedijk

If you’ve already been a student in Rotterdam, you’ll be familiar with Oostzeedijk and all its bars, cafés and great places to eat. On this pleasant street in Kralingen, you have an opportunity to live in one of four spacious apartments, one of which even has a garden. The tram stops right outside the door and you can cycle to the centre in 10 minutes.

We have four apartments measuring 64m² in this residential building. One of the apartments has a garden. These homes are reserved for young working people who started renting with us while studying.

Living in Kralingen

Oostzeedijk is a wonderful place to live, being close to the Kralingen’s stately mansions and wide avenues, such as Avenue Concordia. It’s an easy cycle ride to Kralingse Plas, where you can go for a run or just relax on the grass. Or maybe take in a festival in Kralingse Bos. If you’re feeling sociable, you won’t have to travel far as there are countless bars and eateries in your street, as well as those deeper in the heart of Kralingen. If you still want to go into the city centre, it’s only a 10-minute cycle ride away.
