Rooms, studios and an apartment for students

Maasboulevard’s 99 rooms are 23m² on average. With these, you’ll share a kitchen, bathroom and toilet with several other residents. The eight studios are an average size of 29m² and give you a kitchen, bathroom and toilet all to yourself. The building has one apartment measuring 63m² which also includes all private facilities. Maasboulevard residential building is served by an active residents’ committee.

Living in the centre of Rotterdam

Here, you’ll be right in between the centre and the student district of Kralingen, just a few minutes' walk from the terraces of the Oude Haven. An ideal place for students to live! In five minutes, you can be at Blaak station and the Markthal. If you cycle in the other direction for the same amount of time, you’ll find yourself among the sociable (student) bars and eateries of Oostzeedijk. You might also want to make a stopover at the Alohabar in the former Tropicana. And if you decide to walk home along the Maas, don't forget to take in the view of Rotterdam’s magnificent skyline. Another great thing about living so centrally is that the university and college buildings are within cycling distance.
