This is in a quiet street, behind the sociable Witte de Withstraat. So you’ll be right in the centre, but also have a relaxing place to go back to after a hard day’s work. You’ll be close to the big museums, Nieuwe Binnenweg’s many appealing bars and not far from cinemas. Centraal Station is five minutes away by bike.

Apartments for young workers

We have four apartments for rent, with an average size of 47m². Each one has a spacious living room with open kitchen and a separate bedroom. The ground floor apartment has a garden. These homes are reserved for young workers who started renting with us while still studying.

An enjoyable life in the centre

Your neighbourhood is packed with shops, eateries and famous bars such as De Witte Aap and Rotown. You can walk to Nieuwe Binnenweg in just a couple of minutes for more entertainment, or shop till you drop in Koopgoot or Lijnbaan. If you’re a film fan, KINO and Cinerama might easily become your second home. Art lovers are in the right place as you’ll practically be next door to the Kunsthal, Boijmans van Beuningen and Het Nieuwe Instituut. Another advantage of living in the centre is accessibility. Metro, tram and bus stops are all within walking distance. A top location all round!
