You can cycle to the centre in 15 minutes or take the metro from Voorschoterlaan, which is just a 5-minute walk away.

Two spacious apartments

We have two apartments measuring 72 m² to rent in this building. These are exclusively for young workers who started renting from us while studying. In an apartment, you’ll have all the facilities – kitchen, bathroom and toilet – to yourself.

Living in Kralingen

In Kralingen-Oost you’ll be living among stately mansions and wide streets, such as Avenue Concordia. Kralingse Bos, close to your home, is a great place to relax. There are lots of organised facilities here, but you can also just read quietly by the lake. Oostzeedijk is also nearby, with its restaurants and famous pubs, such as Locus Publicus. As a former student, you’ll know where to find it! You can get your shopping done in Lusthofstraat, where there is a nice, friendly atmosphere. The city centre is a 15-minute bike ride away.
