Korte Kade building

Korte Kade is one of our 21 residential buildings in Kralingen – this is a real student neighbourhood! Here, you’ll be close to Erasmus University, next to Hogeschool Rotterdam’s Kralingse Zoom location and just a couple of minutes' walk from sociable Oostzeedijk. The building’s residents’ committee regularly organises get-togethers where you can quickly get to know other students.

Rooms with plenty of privacy

There are 45 student rooms measuring an average 22m² in this residential building. You’ll have your own shower and toilet and share a kitchen with several other residents. So it’s a sociable set-up, but you still get your privacy.

Student life in Kralingen

Kralingen is packed with terraces, restaurants and bars. Oostzeedijk and Oudedijk are real student hotspots where you’ll never be bored on a Thursday (or any other) evening. From your room, it’s only a couple of minutes to Kralingse Plas, where you can run, relax on the grass or take in a festival. You can cycle to the centre in 15 minutes. Or if you’d rather take the metro, Voorschoterlaan station is only a 5-minute walk away.
