Elisabethhof building

Living in Elisabethhof, you’ll be surrounded by exceptional architecture, with a mix of renovated historic residences and new-build apartments around the courtyard at Elisabethstraat 12-30. All residents have access to the communal patio, which is a wonderful place to relax when the weather’s nice. Being just around the corner from Oostzeedijk, it won’t take you long to find a nice bar, and Kralingse Plas is only a five-minute bike ride away. If you have a car you can leave it in the covered, gated car park for a specially reduced rate.

One and two-bedroom apartments

In Elisabethhof, we rent 56m² apartments with one or two bedrooms to young workers who started renting with us when they were students. Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and toilet. There is a shared patio for all residents to enjoy.

Living in Kralingen

You won’t easily get bored living in Kralingen. Being just around the corner from Oostzeedijk, the area is packed with terraces, restaurants and bars. The tram stops close to home, giving you an easy journey to the centre. Or you can cycle there in ten minutes. Kralingse Bos, which is a five minute bike ride away, is a great place to relax. You’ll sometimes encounter a festival here, but can also just enjoy reading by the lake. It’s a wonderful place for young people to live.
