Dijckhove building

Dijckhove is located at Westzeedijk 7-243, close to Rotterdam’s big museums, right by the lovely Veerhaven and within easy reach of Zuid. Here, you’ll also be living around the corner from Witte de Withstraat, where there’s always something to do. Dijckhove is a former service flats building, so there’s a nice mix of young and old living here.

Every apartment has its own balcony. The building has a large recreation room with a kitchenette and bar that you can hire if you want to throw a private party. And even washing your clothes can be interesting because there’s a communal laundry room.

Apartments on Westzeedijk

The 119 apartments in Dijckhove are an average 52m² in size. They each have a private balcony. If you have a car, you’ll be able to leave it in the gated car park beneath the building for a specially reduced residents’ rate.

Living in the centre

You’ll be living in the Dijkzigt district, next to Museumpark, and with the Kunsthal, Het Nieuwe Instituut and Boijmans van Beuningen just around the corner. The delightful Veerhaven in the Scheepvaartkwartier is practically on your doorstep, as is Het Park bij de Euromast. If you’re looking for nice bars, trendy eateries and interesting shops, just a few minutes’ walk will get you to Witte de Withstraat or Nieuwe Binnenweg. There are even more Rotterdam hotspots to be found across Erasmusbrug. The tram stops in front of your building and Eendrachtsplein and Leuvehaven metro stops are within walking distance.
