Caland I building

The pulleys on the outside of Caland I and huge wooden beams inside it are firm reminders that this listed building from 1860 was once a warehouse. Here, you get to live in the Scheepvaartkwartier, which is a stone's throw from Het Park bij de Euromast. You can cycle to the centre in five minutes and the various college and university buildings are also within cycling distance. The entrance to Caland I is at Rivierstraat 1-39.

Whatever the weather brings, the view over the river is always phenomenal. Erasmus MC and various other Rotterdam University sites are nearby and you can be in the bustling Witte de Withstraat in five minutes.
