These accommodations are exclusively for young people who already rent from us and have gone into employment after finishing their studies.

Het Industriegebouw, which is a building full of co-working spaces that offers “hip” hospitality, is just around the corner from your home. It’s a good base for grabbing pizza of having lunch. If you prefer to go to a bar, there are plenty to choose from around Oostplein, such as the studenty Oostzeedijk or the Alohabar in the old Tropicana. You’ll also be living on the border of the up-and-coming Crooswijk neighbourhood, while being just five minutes by bike from the city centre. If you’d rather take the metro, it stops right outside your door and you’re only two stops from Beurs.
