Do I have internet?
Most of our large residential buildings have high speed fibre internet access, provided by KennisGlas. You can connect the internet with this manual.
What should I do if my internet isn’t working?
Is your internet too slow or not working at all? In most cases, you can fix this yourself by following this step-by-step plan. If you still experience problems, contact KennisGlas directly via helpdesk@kennisglas.nl or call 0900-53 66 47 45 27.
Can I watch TV?
All our accommodations are equipped with cable TV and radio. When you live with us, you get digital TV via Ziggo.
