Student rooms, studios and apartments in Rotterdam
As the largest provider of student housing in Rotterdam, we want to offer as many students as possible a great place to live. We do this by providing more than 6,000 student rooms, studios and apartments. With us you’ll find many different types of student accommodations throughout Rotterdam, so there is always a place that meets your wishes.
Unique buildings
With us, you get to live in unique homes in exceptional locations. Our student apartments and other residential buildings are often iconic Rotterdam properties, including listed (office) buildings. What’s more, all of our rooms and apartments are in and around the centre and close to Rotterdam’s educational establishments.
Different types of student housing in Rotterdam
Our rooms and studios are intended for students aged between 17 and 27 who are following a full-time MBO, HBO or WO course in Rotterdam.
In addition to rooms and studios for students, we have apartments that existing tenants can move in to after leaving education. These apartments are available to Stadswonen Rotterdam tenants aged between 23 and 27 who have paid jobs.
We rent our accommodations according to the rules laid down in the Housing Act and government rules for allocation.
