Unfortunately our bank today confirmed that some of the payments are still not transferred.
Be aware: do you normally pay your rent by direct debit and is your rent stil not transferred?
Have you paid your rent manually whilst normally this is done by direct debit?
Please wait until the direct debit is transferred and withdraw accordingly that specific April direct debit
